Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means we can only accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@spicketriver.com.

We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will cover the cost of return shipping and refund original shipping costs if the item arrives damaged or defective, otherwise buyers will be responsible for obtaining their own return label and original shipping cost will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund if the item arrives to us damaged or is missing pieces. We may charge a restocking fee at our discretion based on the nature of the item and the return circumstances.

You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days upon receipt of the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will try our best to help troubleshoot any issues, but your best bet is to contact the manufacturer for specialized support.
